"Quick setup, no hassle"
I set up my account in just a few minutes, and the verification was really straightforward. From the way everything was laid out, I kind of assumed it was going to be easy, and it actually was. I didn’t run into any confusing steps or get stuck anywhere. Smooth first experience with Current Bank.

"The cashback has been better than I expected"
I’ve had current for a few months now, and looking back, the cashback has definitely added up more than I thought it would. It’s not like it’s a ton of money, but I remember noticing it especially on gas and little everyday purchases. The rewards are easy enough to find in the app too, which I appreciate. So far I haven’t run into any strange issues, and overall I’ve been happy with it.

"Mobile deposit worked, but took some effort"
I deposited my check from my phone and it did go through without any problems. It took a little longer than I expected, and it felt like more effort than it should’ve been, but in the end it worked fine.

I used the overdraft and cash advance when I was short before payday, it did what it was supposed to do. Would’ve been nice not to need it in the first place, but at least it helped me cover things until my check came in

Had small issue with my Current account and support got back to me quick. They didn’t make whole thing complicated, just helped me out and had it fixed same day. Really appreciate when support is actually fast and not hassle.

"Handled my fraud issue well"
I saw a random charge pop up on my Current card and immediately froze it in the app. Reporting it was simple too, nothing confusing. The dispute did take a little while, but they kept sending updates and I did end up getting my money back. Support wasn’t anything fancy, just direct and helpful enough. it made me trust the account more. Fraud stuff is always stressful, and compared to my old bank, it was just.....

"Easy way to build credit without stressing"
I’ve been using Current’s credit building tools and it’s been easy so far. I like that it helps me stay on track without making me overthink everything. My score has literally been creeping up little by little, which is all I really wanted. The app is simple to use too. It’s not perfect, but for building credit, it’s been solid for me.

"These savings pods are quietly doing their thing"
I didn’t expect much from the savings pods at first. From the way they were described, I kind of assumed they’d be more of a cute budgeting gimmick than anything serious. But the interest really does add up in the background, and every time I check, I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s been an easy way to save without thinking about it too much.

Adding cash is definitely handy, but it’s really annoying when some stores take forever to make it show up in my account. I shouldn’t have to sit there wondering where my money went because the store can’t process it faster

Current has been fine when I just need to grab cash, but finding a free ATM isn’t always as easy as I thought it would be. I kind of feel pressured to check ahead every time because some machines still charge fees, and I don’t want to get stuck paying extra. When I do find a fee-free one, the withdrawal is quick and works fine. Overall, it’s decent, just not always as convenient as I’d like.

I’ve been using Current for my paycheck and most of the time it comes in faster than it did with my old bank, sometimes even a day or two early. It’s not perfect every single time, and whoever runs this could probably make it a little more consistent, but overall it’s been solid. I definitely like not having to sit around waiting until Friday morning to get paid

I had a hold pop up on my check and my brain immediately went to, “great, here we go.” But I could still log in without any issues, so that helped me not overthink it too much. Support explained what was going on quickly, and I just went by the simple rule of waiting until the date they gave me. Sure enough, the funds cleared when they said they would. not a big deal in the end...

I’ve been using it for a bit and, so far, I haven’t run into any weird or unexpected fees, which is definitely a relief. I’m still kind of waiting to see if anything pops up later, so I’m not fully sold yet, but for now it’s been straightforward

"Took a Bit Longer Than I Hoped"
I was kind of in a rush and hoping the card would show up sooner, so the wait was a little frustrating. Once it finally arrived though, activating it was quick and easy, which was a relief.
